- It deepens your “Big Why”: Your purpose becomes your greatest competitive advantage, allowing you to lead with a clarity that others can’t ignore.

Leading Anyway
The leaders who change communities and organizations are the ones who dare to carry visions that demand more from them than they thought possible. They are the ones who look at a massive goal, realize “this is bigger than me,” and then lead anyway.
